   Ideas: (church day, principle day, sweet day, salty day, chips pop day, etc.) Decorate the staff room: Green Valley flower centerpieces, etc.

3. Fill out form for District Calendar for the next school year (due May 1st)

Approval of November 14th, 2023 Meeting Minutes.

Old Business: 

1. The Otterfest Committee still needs volunteers. 

   • Need: Business Sponsor Co-chair. 

2. Teacher’s Appreciation Christmas pass out: gave out beverages, snacks, homemade ornaments, and Keurig Cups for the teacher’s lounge. (Ask for a bit larger of a fund next year)

3. Kindergarten Snowman Project: 

-Katie Van Horn parent of a first grader collected the boards and her husband painted all the boards (paint was donated) 

1. Christmas Toy Collection (it did great, tons of unwrapped toys were donated)

New Business: 

1. OtterFest Update 

2. Parent teacher conferences coming up

            -ask teachers wants/needs? (Post-it notes out on a board at conferences so parents can pick up) 

1. Need to plan Teacher Dinner for conference on Jan 30th

Approval of May meeting minutes 

Old Business: 

1. The Otterfest Committee had its first meeting tonight at 6pm. Discussed overall scope. Next meeting will be on January 9th at 6pm before our next PTO meeting. 

   1. Need: Co-Chair for Food, Co- chair for Games/Prize Co-chair, Raffle Co-chair, Silent Auction Co-chair, and Business Sponsor Co-chair. 

2. Recap: Fall Book Fair: Made $3778.59 making TLES $1166.41 in Scholastic dollars.

3. Recap: Teacher Appreciation dinner (spent about $80 in PTO funds)

4. Recap: Veteran’s Day was on Friday November 10th

5. Turkey Bingo: Book Donations are always needed (bring to Office; no religion/holiday)

6. Open Board Position: Co-Treasurer

New Business: 

1. No December Meeting - Painting help needed for Kindergarten

2. Teacher Christmas  Appreciation Day is Thursday, December 21st 

3. Papa Murphy’s Pizza Fundraiser Night: Wednesday, November 15th and December 20th

4. Next BookFair is Jan. 29th - Feb. 2nd during conferences so kids/parents can shop.
