  3. Papa Murphy’s Pizza Fundraiser Night: September 20th (We made $432.30)

  4. Open Board Position: Co-Treasurer

  5. Otterfest Committee: Carnival is May 3rd and the first meeting is November 14th. 

              **Need to Fill Positions**

  • Raffle Chair / Co-chair

  • Silent auction Chair / Co-chair  

  • Business Sponsor Chair 

  • Games Co-chair 

  • Food Co-chair 


New Business: 

  1. Papa Murphy’s Pizza Fundraiser Night: Wednesday, November 15th

  2. Veteran’s Day: Friday November 10th
    (PTO provides refreshments, photo opportunities, volunteers needed) 

  3. Fall Book Fair is on Thursday 12th, Tuesday 17th, and Wednesday 18th.
    (Volunteers needed)

  4. Turkey Bingo: Book Donations are always needed

  5. Teacher Appreciation Dinner: Change of menu because Pulled Pork was donated! (Volunteers needed)

Old Business: 

  1. Open House Recap 

  2. Book Fair sold $2738 worth of books, earning us $970.97 in free books. Kelly purchased $900 in books at the fair with Scholastic Dollars.  Next Fair will take place during Parent Teacher Conferences in October. (will need volunteers)

  3. Picture Day was September 11th with a new photographer. 


New Business: 

  1. Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities ($10 background check required, lasts for 3 years)

Discuss how to get more volunteers? (largest amount of volunteers are needed in May) 

  1. Papa Murphy’s Pizza Fundraiser Night: September 20th 

  2. Homecoming Parade Float: September 29th. Meet at Parker Elementary on Friday September 29th at 4pm. Need Candy Donations, Ollie Costume, Float Decorations. (volunteers needed)

  3. Teacher Appreciation Dinner: $250 limit (PTO budget pays for some share), Ashley and Tammy have decided to make the meal for Fall conference, but we need donations for snacks, beverages, etc. Looking for someone to do a meal for the Spring Conference. (will need volunteers)

  4. Open Board Position: Co-Treasurer
