January 10th, 2023

Welcome and Introductions (Please sign in).

Approval of November 15th, 2022 Meeting Minutes.

Old Business: 

1. The Otterfest Committee still needs volunteers. 

   • Need: Co-Chair, Food, Games/Prize Co-chair, Raffle Co-chair, Silent Auction Co-chair, and Business Sponsor Co-chair. 

2. Teacher’s Appreciation Day: gave out beverages, popcorn, homemade ornaments, Emergen-C, and Keurig Cups for the teacher’s lounge. 

3. Kindergarten Snowman Project: should teachers be in charge of organization next time? Issues with getting boards and volunteers. 

4. Christmas Toy Collection

New Business: 

1. Otter Fest Update 

2. Parent teacher conferences coming up February 1st-3rd

3. Need to plan Teacher Dinner

4. Book fair- will need volunteers 

5. Valentine's concert?
